Dr. Edward Kalpas is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Columbia University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biophysical Chemistry and a Master of Public health degree, respectively. He has a Medical Degree from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland and completed an internship in General Surgery at Tripler in Honolulu, Hawaii and a residency in General Preventive Medicine and Public Health at Stony Brook University in New York. He is completing an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Informatics at Stony Brook University where he was an Assistant Clinical Instructor. He has conducted research in numerous areas including vaccines, oncology, nephrology, and infectious diseases. He is an author of a medical textbook and has been teaching medical students and physicians for over 15 years. At HVH Patient Precision Analytics he is a Medical Director where he has been the clinical lead for projects in a wide variety of areas ranging from cardiology to infectious diseases to rare diseases.
