Ben currently leads a team of 22 research professionals who design and execute innovative market research initiatives that improve decision making for the Primary Care & Women’s Health Franchise. Over the last 20 years, Ben has held increasing roles of responsibility working for some of the best known companies in the industry including Merck, Sanofi and IMS Health, across a range of therapeutic areas and international markets. Ben has a proven ability to achieve and evangelize insights that drive successful brand strategy. He has played an integral role in shaping launch strategies of over a dozen new brands by adopting patient communities, employing biometrics and developing stories that bring customers to life. Ben has a unique perspective on how to optimize various analytical disciplines including competitive intelligence, forecasting, primary and secondary research. In addition to speaking engagements at University of Georgia’s MMR program and St. Joseph’s University’s Pharmaceutical MBA program, he has previously been featured in PMRG, PBIRG and IIeX North America Conferences.
