Christine serves as a Director in Aetna’s Enterprise Intelligence department, presently heading an insights planning team focused on local initiatives ranging from acquisition, joint ventures to care management pilots. Christine joined Aetna to have an impact in the fast evolving health insurance services through the insights and intelligence leadership and deep curiosity and passion for framing business issues and getting to heart of the issue through the full range of approaches to inquiry. Prior to her current focus on all things local she has held insight and planning roles at Aetna during her tenure focused on the consumer business launch, member experience and Medicare. Before joining Aetna, Christine’s focus for 15 years was in media and subscription services where she had a consultancy for after leading Market Research & Planning at Sirius Satellite Radio, and before that Nickelodeon. Entertainment to financial and health services isn’t wasn’t the first pivot Christine has made in her career. Christine honed the art and science of market research and insights development in consumer products with positions of increasing scope and responsibility at McKesson, Young & Rubicam, Best Foods and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Christine earned a Master of Science in Social Research from Hunter College – The City University of New York and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from William Paterson University.
