Current techniques are slow, untimely and exist in silo’s. To maximise sales, integrate customer journeys and optimise S&M efforts, the decision making process needs revolutionising though evidence-based machine learning to give brands the ability to take action in real-time and understand why things are happening and not just what is happening. Year after year resource allocation and ROI is discussed but no real steps have been made to challenge the ways in which the data is being used to build evidence-based sales & marketing and reinvent the multi-channel delivery model.
