While there is no lack of data available in healthcare, government restrictions can make it very difficult for health insurers to understand and influence behavior when prospective members are shopping for health insurance. Just as important, applying behavioral insights derived from CX can improve new member on-boarding and retention programs, impacting all facets of the insurer’s infrastructure from operations to care management.
